MIA RESORT CEREMONY (SATURDAY 4th)

What is the dress code for the ceremony?

Cocktail attire with a beachy twist. Pastel or lighter colours highly encouraged, with light breathable fabrics!

Men: Think chino pants, collared shirt, linen jacket for the ceremony (tie optional, consider a pocket square!). Linen is a great material for the hot humid climate. No shorts please.

Women: Cocktail dress. Heels are fine (you will be standing on grass not sand).

For both men and women - don’t be afraid to bring some colour into the mix!

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive at the ceremony lawn by 3:30PM - the ceremony begins at 4PM sharp.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors on a lawn, with the reception moving indoors afterward. Buggies will transport guests betwen locations.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, all ages are welcome! Please note kids in your RSVP for seating.

Is a babysitting service available?

Yes - childminding services are available at Mia Resort. Please contact the resort directly.

What about food and drinks?

Canapes and drinks will be served around the ceremony, followed by a full dinner and free-flowing drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Let us know about dietary requirements in your RSVP.

What accommodation is available ?

Book a room at Mia Resort or choose a hotel nearby at Nha Trang City.

Can’t make it?

We will miss you! But we understand, just RSVP accordingly.

Should I bring a gift?

Your presence is truly the best gift. If you like to give something, there will be a wishing well for cards and envelopes at the Reception.

RECOVERY DAY ON SUNDAY (5th APRIL)

What is the dress code for Sunday recovery?

Casual! Bring your swimmers so you are ready to jump into the pool.

Where is the Sunday recovery session located?

In Nha Trang city, we are finalising the exact venue and will update soon.

How do I get there if I am staying in Mia Resort?

Mia Nha Trang offers a regular shuttle service, or you can use a rideshare service such as Grab or Xanh SM.

OPTIONAL: TRADITIONAL VIETNAMESE WEDDING RECEPTION IN KON TUM PROVINCE (TUESDAY 7th APRIL)

What is the traditional vietnamese wedding reception?

It’s a traditional Vietnamese celebration in Tram’s hometown — full of culture and community. A heartfelt second celebration where you’ll experience something that most visitors never get a chance to see .

Should you come to the Kon Tum wedding?

If you’re up for an adventure — YES! You’ll get a glimpse of life in the Vietnamese highlands, with a warm welcome from Tram’s community. It’s a 7-hour bus from Nha Trang or 2 flights via Ho Chi Minh City, but totally worth it. Around 300 locals will be there — it’s going to be very different to the Western-style wedding!

Will transport be organised to get to Kon Tum?

Possibly! Let us know in your RSVP if you’re keen and want a group bus. If enough people are in, we’ll arrange it.

What is the Dress Code for the Kon Tum Wedding Reception?

Men: collared shirts + chinos (jackets/ties optional)

Women: cocktail dresses.

There’s also a small morning ceremony with Ao Dai (traditional dress) with limited spots — let us know if you’d like to join!

Should I bring another gift ?

No need to bring anything to Kon Tum! You being there is gift enough.

Can I invite a significant other?

YES - just make sure you have included your +1 on your RSVP so we can save them a seat.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by 30th November, 2025 so we can plan everything smoothly.
