Getting to Nha Trang
There are no direct flights from Sydney to Nha Trang. Guests should connect via Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) or Hanoi (HAN) and arrive at Cam Ranh Airport (CXR).

Flight 1: Sydney (SYD) → Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)

💡Tip: Allow 3 hours minimum between connecting flights to clear immigration. Vietnam Airlines is the premium airline, Vietjet is more basic.
Once you’ve landed at Cam Ranh Airport: Getting to Nha Trang
Download an app such as Grab or Xanh SM (Vietnam’s Uber), or taxi/airport shuttle.
Nha Trang city: 40km / 45 mins. ~$20 with Grab
Mia Resort: 22km / 23 mins. ~$15 with Grab

Travel advice
Visa: An e-visa is required! Apply online, typically $25 USD, allow 1 week to process. Apply earlier to be safe. Print a physical copy, it will be required when you arrive at Immigration.
Currency: Vietnamese Dong (VND). 1 AUD is ~ 17,000 VND. Have cash on hand for taxis and small purchases.
Weather: Vietnam is sunny and warm (~28–32°C)! Perfect for beachwear and light clothing.
SIM Cards: Available at Ho Chi Minh City Airport or convenience stores for mobile data.
